Processing/Shipment
- All hair is imported, and all wigs are created custom, machine-sewn by hand, and are made-to-order. Please allow 5-15 business days for all orders to be processed and an additional 5-7 business days for shipment.
- Once orders are placed, orders cannot be altered, cancelled, or refunded. Please carefully review all your order details and site terms & conditions prior to checkout.
- Due to the nature of our product, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In the case of issues with your order on the seller’s behalf (such as non-shipping related damages or an incorrect order is sent), please contact us within 48 hours of shipment receipt
to arrange mediation. Upon an exchange or repair being approved by the seller,
orders must be returned in unworn, original condition. Any signs of damage or wear
on the returned product will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the refund.
Privacy Policy
- Please be advised that before purchasing, once an order is fulfilled and shipped, there are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES unless there is a mistake on the seller's behalf. HairLuxx is subject to verifying all orders by requesting proof of payment and a valid ID. This information is obtained to protect from fraudulent purchases/disputes and will not be shared.
In the event of fraudulent activity, the customer will be subject to law enforcement charges upon the company’s loss of funds and/or product.
Billing
- To protect ourselves from fraudulent charges, all orders must have the same billing and shipping address. Orders that do not follow this guideline will be cancelled.
