To ensure the top notch quality and craftsmanship of our product, all of our hair is imported and wigs are custom made-to-order. Please allow 5-15 business days for your unit to be constructed and an additional 3-5 business days for shipment. This timeframe does not include weekends and holidays.

Our "ready to ship" wigs page features pre-made styles, helping to streamline your ordering experience. On this page, units marked ON HAND mean the unit is currently available and can be shipped within 1-3 business days. Units marked PRE-ORDER mean the unit will be made to order and is subject to our standard 5-15 business days processing time before shipment.

Our "custom" wigs page allows you to completely build your own unit from scratch. First, select your desired hair texture, then you will be prompted to select your desired closure size and bundle lengths. Additional services such as styling and coloring can be purchased separately.

At this time, all of our wigs are created to fit a 22" circumference. All wigs come with a sewn-in adjustable band to allow expanded fitting for 21.5"-22.5" circumference.

PLEASE measure your head circumference to ensure proper fitting prior to placing an order. Orders WILL NOT BE REFUNDED due to sizing.

As we prioritize specializing in providing the most flawless glueless wigs, we do not offer frontal wigs at this time. We utilize 5x5 and 6x6 HD lace closure sizes to give you the versatility of the "frontal" look with the convenience of glueless installation.

Currently, u-part wigs and separate bundles are not offered permanently on our site. If you are interested in either of these, please email us at shophairluxx@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

YES! All custom units can be requested to be styled before shipment. Along with your custom order, please add "hair styling add-ons" and "hair color add-ons" for styling options.

Figuring out what to order to get the look we have in our head can be tough, we get it! We want to make sure you get exactly what you're looking for!

Here are a few suggestions:

• Heavy layers styling should have AT LEAST 4 bundles to maintain fullness
• "Flip Over" method styles are best achieved with a 6x6 closure
• If you prefer more voluminous hair, please add an additional bundle under "Extra Bundle Add Ons"
