HAIR CARE TIPS

  • Wash your unit with lukewarm water in a downward motion every 1-2 weeks to minimize product buildup.
  • Use a salon-quality, moisturizing conditioner and rinse in cold water. For the best results, allow your unit to air dry.
  • Keep heat styling to a minimum. Too much will result in heat damage and heavily reducing the longevity of your unit. When heat styling, always use heat protectant and hot tools no higher than 450 degrees.
  • At bedtime, gently brush your unit from bottom to top, remove your unit and carefully store it. If you prefer to wear your unit with any kind of adhesive, detangle and tie down your unit with a satin scarf and bonnet.
  • All of our units are expertly crafted to be worn 100% glueless. For a more “melted” look, apply a light amount of mousse to the hairline OR spray a light layer of lace melting spray to your forehead, then place your unit on top. Tie down your unit and allow the products to dry for 5-10 minutes.

  • When "melting" your unit, gently clean your lace with a salon-quality clarifying shampoo regularly to remove adhesive products.
